addictive
I throw all of your stuff away. I’m gonna clear you out of my head. I tear you out of my heart.
And ignore all your messages. I tell everyone we are through. 'Cause I'm so much better without you.
But it’s just another pretty lie. 'Cause I break down.
Every time you come around. So how did you get here under my skin? I swore that I'd never let you back in.
Should have known better in trying to let you go. 'Cause here we go go go again.
Hard as I try I know I can't quit. Something about you is so addictive.
We're falling together. you'd think that by now I'd know. cause here we go go go again.

Augusts

credits to ljsecrets

Last year August, I was busy filming shows for Mediacorp, under the production house where I interned. Oh, the crazy times of filming, getting dragged in to be an extra in the shows, rushing to get and make props, doing the tedious transcribing, the seemingly never-ending proposals to translate, the enjoyable lunches (kolo mee! beef noodles! fried hokkien noodles & mixed vegetables rice) with the nice colleagues. They all seemed so far away, I can scarcely believe it was just last year.

In August two years ago, I wrote just 2 entries for the entire month cos we were having so much drama with the Single Cam project.

2006's August, my writing was rather horrendous and childish. HAHAHA. I guess most of us went through phrases like that. I saw Elvin Ng in person at the airport that year, that month. Yes, he is much handsome in person! Our marketing presentation bombed. I didn't even get a chance to speak after practising for so long (not that I'm complaining) because we exceeded the time limit given for each presentation, even when Mr Toh gave us extra minutes to finish up the presentation.

I started my blog on November 2004 but stopped writing after July 2005. So I don't know what happened in August 2005 but I can pretty much guess. I must have been busy studying for prelims and O levels.

I think this is why I keep a blog: to remember most of the things that happened to me and that I went through. I am pretty sure my small brain can't take all of them in. Thank you blogger :)
