specs
hey! jus went 2 change my specs ystd. lolx. because my mom wholeheartedly support mi wearing glasses. i previously wanted 2 change to contacts after sec sch yrs, n i was sho looking forward 2 it. but den i realised, its sho troblesome taking it in n out everydae + if i din take gd care of it, my eye would easily get infected. n lecture rms r usually air-conditioned rite? ltr my eyes will get veri dry lehx! sho i started 2 tink bout changing new & 'cooler' specs instead. lolx. den i jus causally mentioned tis 2 my mom & she TOTALLY supported mi cuz she tinks its better 2 wear specs n kept scheduling trips 2 de optician. sho i got kinda excited bout it 2! we went rm de optical shop, de optical 88. den i wanted to get a specs i nv tried b4, u noe, diff from wat i always used 2 wear. my dad told mi 2 choose plastic specs 2 cuz those metals 1 i'm used 2 wearing? dey r heavier n will press down more on my nose ridge, den next time i wear contacts, dere will b a mark dere. sho i took his advice, aniwae i wanted a change. but when i tried on those specs, u noe, those wif frames n veri fashionable 1 now?
i looked sho WEIRD! lolx. mayb i'm not used 2 c-ing myself in those but when i tried it on, i felt like i was wearing sunglasses or wat lohx, n look abit toot. =Pp den after i did my eye check, de optician asked mi wat kind of specs i was looking 4 den she recommend sum 2 mi. in de end, i was stuck btw these 2 frames. there was another i like 2 but, it was bout de same as i'm wearing now. i couldn't decide which 1 i wanted! 1 was abit transparent grey. another was black wif blue glitter at de specs side. actually i prefer degrey 1 but i dun like its colour! i asked whether there was other colours but de black 1 was sold out, den another colour was pink. urgh! 2 bright 4 my liking. =) den FINALLY, i decided on de black 1 cuz its more special n nicer in terms of design. i like those specs where its sides r wide.. how 2 say arhx? not de frames wide but de 'stick' dat support de frames? yah, i like those wide n de grey 1 was jus normal. but i scared i wear de black specs will look ah toot lehx! sho now i'm abit anxious.. did i make de rite choice? wah! wat if i look stupid or wat? lolx. do not care arhx, u all better not luff at mi! dat hs sho bad lohx! i told her & once she heard its black frame, she sae i can dun tok 2 her le! zhen shi de~ sho now, all i can do ish 2 hope 4 de best.. *cross fingers*
i noe i noe, veri long winded rite? at least i got a topic kies! =Pp aniwae, i baked cookies ystd! nth 2 do mahx, i can't always jus slack my daes away sho decided 2 spent my time doing smth 'useful' sho went 2 bake cookies.. it's useful kies! sort of lahx. left sho many supplies from last time if dun use veri wasteful lehx! aniwae, de cookies turned out nice! i'm abit biased lahx, though. but its definitely not veri bad jus dat abit 2 sweet. heex.
den todae, early in de morning, ppl kept msging mi 2 ask wat course i was post 2! i couldn't even get a gd slp sho in de end, gave up & went 2 check de posting.. BUT? my internet was down! after a few failed attempts, i finally managed 2 get my internet working. i went 2 check n dere it was! i got into tp's communication & media management, de course name ish NOT mass com! aniwae, felt quite happy lahx. looking forward 2 starting sch, hope not everybody speaks fluent el! =Pp n hl, sharon dey all in tp oso, hope 1st few weeks de schedule bout de same den at least won't have 2 eat lunch alone or wat! lolx. heard quite many nc ppl got into tp.
but its yr comp ish quite stiff. cuz i heard my fren say she got 1 fren who got 17? he couldn't into any of his chosen course.. 17 lehx! its not dat bad mahx. mayb he choose de course all have high cut off pts. my sis 2, she din get into any n i tink she din expect it. cuz her 1st choice de cut off pt was 26 mahx, n she got like 23 or 22? aniwae, she's gonna have 2 go de poly appeal. she says as last resort jiu go rp lohx, cuz not many ppl wan go dere. sense dat she's quite upset & disappointed. all i can do now, ish 2 wish her gd luck! mayb she's not studying material but i tink if she can take a course which she enjoys, she prob can do it. n if got diploma, it will make looking 4 jobs sho much easier..
guess i shld count my lucky stars! 4 getting into my 1st choice n a course i wanted. other ppl were not sho lucky. haix~ all de best 4 these ppl! n gd luck 2 ncrcy de footdrill squad. they're having com tml, sho jia y0u bax! =)
