time passes faster when u're working. esp when u're answering calls. lolx. sho far, sho gd.. not much mishaps except 4 sum really terrible accents. sumtimes, these taxpayer who call up? dey speak sho softly, (de backgroud sound of my colleagues r not helping 2), n wif tis kind of strange accent, half of de time i dun even noe wat dey r asking bout. sho when dey describe de prob, i'lljus say yah, em, etc. ha! n try 2 hui guo de prob or qns. =Pp but i still will try 2 help dem solve lahx. i mean its not their fault mahx. n i noe how frustrating it ish 2 b unable 2 file or wat. luckily, sho far, de callers i met wif were all not bad, jus got a few who sounded abit impatient & irritated. guess i din ans their qns satisfactory, huh?
aniwae, de most memorable call was tis person. a foreigner, ph said it was a caucasian. his accent was sho heavy, n de phone i was using was sho lousy his voice sounded veri soft, as a result, i COMPLETELY DO NOT uds wat he said. totally lohx! de 1st time i said, pardon? he repeated again. 2nd time i said, "sorry sir but i can't hear u, would u mind speaking louder?" he spoke louder but i still can't interpret wat he was asking. 3rd time i said, excuse mi? he repeated de qns but w/o repeating de whole thing lahx. wateva. i was sho freak-out n panicked by den! den i told him to hold on 4 a moment, n i was like, "help, i dun uds wat he's saying! i asked him 2 repeat 3 times le but i still dunnoe!" n i guess i looked really freaked out n gong, cuz ph immediately offered 2 take over de call.. phew! de 1st time she couldn't hear 2 but 2nd time she managed 2 ans his queries. LOL! n unlike hl, my calls have been going quite smoothly except 4 tis way-out call. most of de callers jus request 4 PIN, sum asked bout tax relief, how 2 make amendments, how 2 file, how 2 download java, etc. quite easy lahx, sum of de calls. i did m,ake sum mistakes but hope dey weren't serious. =Pp
tis job ish not 2 bad lahx. jus feel sleepy in de morning. but hl dun seem 2 like tis job alot. hmmm. she always say she dun feel like ans-ing calls. but she loves de tp who speaks in mandarin! she says they're more humble. i tink all r same lahx, depends on de qns only. i hate those long technical qns when dey kip getting error msg cuz i dun really noe how 2 solve those! but all in call, my colleagues quite nice. ph's sitting in front of mi sho i can kip bugging her n ask qns! den i got hl 2 tok 2, alex as info booth n iris provider, n de 'beckham' whom i can always take de mandarin calls from (he's malay). de rm ish always quite re nao but its sort of like divided into 2 or 3 grp? but most of my colleagues r nice n friendly ppl, jus dat i dun always tok 2 all of dem. ha!
i jus went 2 de required medical check up on thurs. i'm healthy! lolx! sho far lahx. its really a veri BASIC check-up. after checking height n weight (dun even ask mi bout it), we checked de eyes, den de blood pressure n pulse. after dat de doc jus took de sethoscope n press mi around de body n tada! finished! de x-ray was even faster. we had 2 take off all our upper body clothing den wear a japanese kimono-alike robe. den went into de rm. de person asked mi 2 stand against de wall, raise hand, he clicked smth n den its over. sho fast! n 2 tink i was like quite excited bout de x-ray. =)
after dat i went far east wif hl. wanted 2 buy a bag i saw last time but i tink it was sold out bax. aniwae, din c it. den dat hl lahx! kip urging mi cuz i went 2 tis shop 3 times 2 look at de bags. in de end, i bought tis large bag. its white, wif brown n green. veri sporty feel. lolx! actually de bag reminds mi of tennis. waha! can use 4 poly. den mayb buy another slingbag? 1 or 2 tees, shoes, n i'm set! looking forward 2 poly. i MUST b more outgoing n make more frenx! trying not 2 stay in safety zone le. =) |
