hmm.. although next week got lots of test but i still wanna blog.. cuz recently happened a lot of things.. but i nv post it cuz i tot it would work out den leave bad memories 4 wat? but turns out.. i was wrong..
i really veri disappointed in [u] lehx.. y can't u tink in another direction..? dey dun say in front of u ish cuz dey wan put everything behind & dey dun wan 2 create another row.. stop insisting ish cuz dey only dare say behind u dun dare say in front of u kies.. nan dao u yi dian dou bu regret mahx? if u really dun regret dat mean's u nv treasure de r/s wif us at all.. if it's really like dat, den i really have nth 2 say liao.. wat u did wasn't wrong.. but dat doesn't exactly mean wat u did was correct.. i can understand both side de reason but de way u insist u're correct, de way u refuse 2 settle everything although u noe will affect all of us as a grp or unit or wateva, de way u tok bout dem, really.. haiix.. dey might say u're wrong but dey dun scold u or wat behind their back lohx.. suan le.. if tis ish really de way u wan things 2 b, sho b it lohx.. i given up all hopes le..
wah.. i now really no mood 2 tok bout other things le.. nvm, will still continue.. okie, alot of ppl wan lose weight.. how 2 lose lehx? read on~ mi compiled a list of ways ppl lose weight.. hahax~
wAys of lOsinG weIghT
.exercise everday for around 30 mins
.dun skip any meal cuz if skip le jiu will wan eat more in de next meal
.drink sum soup or water b4 eating de meal cuz will make u fuller even b4 u started eating
.dun read, watch tv or tok during eating.. u will focus more on de former den won't notice how much u eat or how full u really are already
.u can decrease ur meal de size but at least eat 3 meals a day
.eat until u're 80% full, not 100% (but dunnoe whether tis is true)
.3hrs b4 slping, dun eat anything le.. dat means, ur dinner must b consumed at least 4hr like dat b4 slping
.climb stairs
.go cycling, swimming, running, b-balling
.if u really hate exercising, try window-shopping.. esp along orchard, cuz veri long stretch mahx, u shopped along dere confirm take lots of steps, walk a lot de.. hahax~
.dun sit down after eating, try 2 walk around 2 aid digestion
.avoid fatty food, eat a balanced meal
still got wat else arhx? do not remember le.. aniwae, exercise ish de best way lahx.. pls do not go try dose dun eat diet or wat slimming pills.. later dunnoe get wat anorexia or bulimia den noe arhx.. dun xiao kan tis 'disease' horx, lifethreatening de, u noe.. zhen shi de~ dun b sho naive, believe being thin, ur life jiu hui perfect.. jus cuz u wanna lose weight, u throw away ur life mehx..? zhi de mahx? hahax~ i veri ji dong now~~
